Shropshire Partners in Care/The Care Workforce Development Partnership are a registered training centre and can deliver IT Skills Pathway course across Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin to social care providers.

The IT E-Learning courses are free for Private, Independent and Voluntary – Micro, Small, Medium and Large Organisations.

Courses can be completed at work, home or you can utilise our IT hub located at Shropshire Partners in Care offices in Annscroft or Telford. Some courses can be completed in bite size chunks but certain courses will take a longer amount of time to complete.

The IT Skills Pathway covers the full range of competencies for users of IT, from basic through to advanced levels. The Pathway has been developed in partnership with Health and Social care organisations to provide an officially recognised route of learning and certification for the whole workforce.

The IT Skills Pathway covers the full range of competencies for users of IT, from basic through to advanced levels. The programmes purpose is to encourage everyone working within Health and Social Care to review their current IT skills and knowledge against the national standards, determine what their skill gaps are and then identify their future training requirements based on the products that are available.
